18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All content that is supplied by third-party users is published on areas of hotnakedgirls.net which are under the control of third-party users. The operators of hotnakedgirls.net are therefore exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as described in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content that is held to be illegal, obscene, harmful, harassing, defamatory or in any respect incompatible with the terms of use and policies of the website, may be removed as decided solely by the operator or owner, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).

Exemption: Content Produced by Website Operator

With regard to any visual depictions appearing on the website, for which the operators of the website may be considered “producers” or “secondary producers,” such depictions are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §§2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. 75 because they do not portray actual sexually explicit acts as specifically detailed in 18 U.S.C §2256 (2) (A)(i)-(iv); they do not portray depictions of the genitals or pubic area created after July 27, 2006; they do not portray simulated sexually explicit acts created after the effective date of Title 18 U.S.C. §2257A; or, they were created prior to July 3, 1995.
